All file processing on UtilityHub Pro occurs entirely within your web browser. Files you upload or process are not transmitted to our servers — they are handled by JavaScript running locally on your device. Once you close your browser tab, no trace of your files remains on our systems.
We collect standard web analytics data (page views, browser type, country-level location) through privacy-focused analytics tools. We do not collect personally identifiable information except when you voluntarily provide it via contact forms. We use this data solely to improve the site.
We use minimal cookies: one for dark/light mode preference (stored locally), and standard advertising cookies from our advertising partners. You can disable advertising cookies through your browser settings or ad preference centers.
This site is supported by advertising. Our advertising partners may use cookies to serve relevant ads. This is governed by each partner's own privacy policy. We do not share any personal data with advertisers beyond what is standard in the industry.
We link to Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive for optional cloud file imports. Using these features is governed by Google's and Microsoft's respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing these if you import files from cloud sources.
Our tools are general-purpose utilities not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
